The N.E.W. Way is a proactive systems approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture and needed for all students in a school to achieve social, emotional, and academic success.
Our school culture is built on the common values of being respectful, being responsible, being safe, and being engaged. The N.E.W. Way creates and sustains a positive learning environment where all students can succeed academically, socially and emotionally. Through the N.E.W. Way, we proactively teach, model, and acknowledge behaviors that will create a positive school culture.
