COATS FOR KIDS/HOLIDAY ASSISTANCE

Holiday assistance will look different this year due to the COVID pandemic. There will be two ways to sign up: 

1. Parent is encouraged to sign up on-line (www.sagreenbay.org) from October 1 through October 17 for Coats and/or Christmas and from November 16 through November 30 for Christmas only.

2. If you are unable to complete the registration on-line, you may come to The Salvation Army on one of the dates listed to obtain a form from the staff person outside in the parking lot, ask questions, immediately complete the form in your vehicle and then return the form to the staff person the same day (please wear a mask if you choose this option). 

Regardless of which method you choose, the form must be completed in full in order to be accepted. If information is missing, the form will not be processed. 

Once your form is processed by our volunteers, yellow forms for Coats for Kids and/or pink forms for Christmas Assistance (toys/food) will be mailed to the address you provided on the form. Forms received in October will be processed by October 31. Forms received in November will be processed by December 7 (pink form only for toys). 

Please note that our Coat and Toy distributions may also look different this year due to the COVID pandemic. We will be following all Salvation Army, Health Department and CDC guidelines to provide a safe distribution.

CHRISTMAS ASSISTANCE SIGN UP DATES AND TIMES 

There will be limited in person registration hours at The Salvation Army, 626 Union Court, in the parking lot by the gymnasium for Coats and/or Christmas assistance. 

October: Thursday, October 1 Thursday, October 8 Tuesday, October 13 Saturday, October 17 8 am - 10:30 am 4 pm - 6 pm 2 pm – 4 pm 8 am - 10 am 

There will be limited in person registration hours at The Salvation Army, 626 Union Court, in the parking lot by the gymnasium for Christmas assistance only. 

November: Monday, November 30 9 am – 11 am
